Cherry Blossom Macchiato
Inspired by the popular Korean “Strawberry Latte”, in this layered and tasty warm application we combine the delicate notes of cherry blossoms with juicy strawberries to pair with roasted coffee beans. An innovative and Instagram worthy creation using Davinci Gourmet Intense Cherry Blossom!
Ingredients
METHOD
- In a milk pitcher steam the milk with the syrups until nicely warm and velvety. Pour it in the serving cup
- Brew a good espresso and pour it on top of the flavoured milk to create a nice layer and a “stain” in the middle of the milk foam
- Garnish with white chocolate shavings or DVG White chocolate sauce drizzle
TIPS AND VARIATIONS
- Add whipped cream and drizzle DVG White Chocolate sauce for a more indulgent version and don’t forget to sprinkle some delicious garnishes!
- Garnish it with fresh strawberries for a super premium Macchiato experience
