Ingredients
DaVinci Gourmet Intense Cherry Blossom 5 ml
DaVinci Gourmet European Strawberry syrup 15 ml
DaVinci Gourmet Yoghurt Powder 30 gr
Water 100 ml
Ice 200 gr
Whipped Cream top
Garnishes (sprinkles, coloured sugars, wafer biscuit)

METHOD
  • In a blender cup put water , syrups, yogurt powder and ice (in this sequence)
  • Blend for 30 second until smooth
  • Pour in the cup
  • Top up with Whipped cream and different sprinkles
TIPS AND VARIATIONS
  • Garnish the whipped cream with fresh strawberries for a super premium frappe experience
  • Replace the whipped cream with soft serve ice cream for a more indulgent Instagram worthy drink
