METHOD
Defrost crab under running water for 1/2 minute and break open shell, remove both claws and chop the crab. Heat up pan on medium heat and add in Chilli Crab Sauce. Add 400ml water and bring to the boil. On low-medium heat put in chopped mud crab to simmer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes beat two eggs and pour in the eggs evenly and stir. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornflour into 3/4 cup cold water and add into the pan (optional step). Simmer for 2 minutes and serve directly with garnish. (Cornflour and eggs not included).

1 kg EMERALD Live-cooked Mud Crab
400 ml Water
2 Tbsp Cornflour
250 g VISMARK Chiili Crab Sauce
2 Beaten eggs
