Chocolate Croissant Umm Ali
METHOD
- 1.Cut the croissants in to chunks and leave them open over night to be com dry and crispy
- 2. Once they are dried toss them in a bowl with the Carte D’or Chocolate Topping to coat them
- 3. In a pot heat the milk and cream and dissolve in the cinnamon and sugar
- 4. Layer the croissants in a baking dish and top with the nuts and raisins
- 5. Pre-heat the oven to 170°C
- 6. Pour over the milk mix and let it soak for 15 min
- 7. Bake for 15-20 min till tops of the croissants are golden brown and caramelized, remove from oven add more Carte d'Or Chocolate Topping and serve

70 g Croissants
10 g Carte d'Or Chocolate Topping
100 ml Milk
20 ml Cream
0.3 g Cinnamon
15 g Sugar
8 g Pistachios
4 g Almonds shaved
6 g Raisins
