Cream of Vegetable Soup
METHOD
- 1. Heat Astra Fat Spread in a thick bottom pan and sauté garlic and onion for few seconds.
- 2. Add all the remaining vegetables and sauté for another few minutes.
- 3. Stir ½ the water; bring to boil and simmer for few minutes.
- 4. Finally add remaining water , Knorr Tomato Pronto; mixed with Knorr Soup Base Mix and stir well.
- 5. Bring to boil and simmer till the pieces are done.
- 6. Allow it to cool & Puree the soup.
- 7. Return to heat and simmer for few seconds.
- 8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

30 g Astra Fat Spread
50 g Onions, chopped
10 g Garlic, chopped
100 g Carrot, roughly chopped
100 g Pumpkin, roughly chopped
100 g Potatoes, roughly chopped
50 g Knorr Tomato Pronto
5 g Parsley, fresh, chopped
2 l Water
