Colavita is a family-owned business whose history can be traced back to the Molise region of Italy where they harvested the durum wheat, milled it into semolina grain and turned it into fresh pasta to sell at market. They perfected their technique and passed their skills on to the next generation, and so it continued to the present day – still producing the finest pasta.
