Chef Garth Shnier’s Masterclass will demonstrate a number of hot main courses and show some of the latest kitchen techniques used in the worlds top kitchens. Ronalds Prasanto’s Barista Masterclass will show a scientific experiment with beverages and show how molecular gastronomy can be used in the creation of fabulous beverages and deserts.
