Pastry Masterclass with Chef Edwin Leow – Tips on how to become an Olympic Champion in Pastry
Bestbuy Maldives are excited to share details of their latest Masterclass, the fourth event of it’s kind is geared at pastry chefs looking to up their game and gain a few tips from pastry master, Chef Edwin Leow.
Chef Edwin Leow, Pastry Art Champion and Singapore National Team Champion in the IKA Culinary Olympics 2016, has more than 11 years culinary experience from some of the finest hotels in Singapore and currently holds the position of Pastry Chef at Le Meridien Singapore Sentosa. A member of the Singapore National Team, he is competing in the finals of the World Pastry Cup in Lyon later this year.
The Masterclass is to be held on Saturday 4th February 2017, 9 am – 4.30 pm, in the Ras Malaan Ballroom at Hulhule Island Hotel, Maldives.
The Pastry Masterclass includes:
- Demonstration of his 4 award-winning desserts
- Explanation of some of the latest techniques in pastry concepts
- Participation certificate, signed by Chef Edwin Leow
- Lunch with Chef Edwin Leow
