Successful Pastry Masterclass event with Chef Edwin Leow
Bestbuy Maldives is extremely happy to report on the success of their Pastry Masterclass with Chef Edwin Leow. The event took place on 4th February at Hulhule Island Hotel, Maldives and was attended by 136 participants from 51 resorts. Demand for places was so great that the event was fully booked and registration had to be closed in the week leading up to the event.
The buzz and energy from all the chefs, keen to take their pastry skills to the next level, was incredible. Olympic Champion Chef, Edwin Leow, passed on tips and techniques that the participants could transfer to their kitchens back in their resorts. Demonstrations of how to create the Chef’s award winning desserts were eagerly watched by all, the results were pieces of culinary art.
