The International Taste and Quality Institute (ITQI) has awarded the Antica fonte della salute the “Superior Taste Award” with three gold stars, the highest available ranking for water available from the ITQI.
The international judging panel, consisting of 135 chefs and sommeliers, recognised by the Michelin and Gaut Millau guides, judged the water on the criteria of first-flavour impressions, visual appearance, odour, taste and after-taste. Receiving exemplary marks across the board, San Benedetto’s premium water continues to lead the field in the premium catering industry.
